**Return and Exchange Policy**

**30-Day Return Period**
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

**Starting a Return**
Contact us at info@bestforbees.com to begin the return process. Once accepted, we'll send a return shipping label with instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

**Return Conditions**
1. Customers cover shipping costs for returns.
2. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
3. Items must be in “like new” condition.
4. Items not in “like new” condition may incur a restocking fee of 25% or more.
5. Include a copy of your original invoice (contact us for a replacement if needed).
6. Returns are not accepted for items bought through Amazon.com, retail stores, or third parties.
7. Due to biosecurity risks, items used in a beehive cannot be returned.
8. Best for Bees is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Track your shipment and consider insurance.

**Exchanges**
1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping for new items.
2. Customers pay any cost differences in exchanges.
3. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt and in “like new” condition.
4. Restocking fees apply for items not in “like new” condition, affecting the balance due on exchanged items.
5. Include your original invoice (call us for a replacement if needed).
6. No exchanges for items from Amazon.com, retail stores, or third parties.
7. Items used in a beehive cannot be exchanged due to biosecurity risks.
8. Best for Bees is not liable for lost or damaged items in return. Keep tracking information and consider insurance.

**Replacing Damaged or Incorrect Items**
Contact us within 30 days for damaged or incorrect items. We'll send a replacement with a return shipping label for the incorrect item, expiring in 30 days. Charges for unreturned items will be applied to your original payment method and refunded upon receipt of the return.

**Damages and Issues**
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items so we can make it right.
**Return Policy for Purchases Made with a Gift Card**

For items purchased wholly or partially with a gift card, the refund process is as follows: the amount initially paid using the gift card will be refunded as store credit. Any remaining balance paid with another payment method will be refunded to your original payment method.

**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**
Certain items lgoods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases cannot be returned. Puch with us for specific item concerns.

**European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period**
For EU customers, there's a 14-day period to cancel or return orders without justification, provided items are in original condition with tags and packaging.

**Refunds**
We'll notify you upon inspecting your return. A processed to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Contact us if more than 15 business days pass without refund confirmation.
